I am sure there are more… I have stayed away from TV news today so I’m a bit rusty.
The number to the right is the number of media citations Google News has for the term at this time.
There’s another word that I actually have heard before, but never to any degree with hurricane coverage, and I think I’m hating it more than your four: “Looky loos.”
Just call ’em what they are ya dumb journalists. They’re GAWKERS!
