Hurricane party
Why do a single shot when you can do a double? We’re getting ready for a 1-2 punch. To be honest, I’d take a hurricane over an earthquake any day–we know it’s coming. That and I’m not the owner of a beach house that will become drift wood. If we get a direct hit, I’ll post pictures.
If you didn’t already know: I live in Tampa, FL.
I’ve been through a major earthquake (the 6.8 Northridge quake, living 5 miles from the epicenter). I’d take a hurricane over it any day. At least with a hurricane you know in advance to prepare; with an earthquake, when you go to bed you have no idea you’ll be shaken out of bed at 4AM.
